Programme and Book of Abstracts Conference on Frisian Humanities

The organising team has been working hard to find a place in the programme for the dozens of researchers who want to talk about their work. With four keynote lectures by researchers from Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg, more than 55 scientific presentations in the fields of multilingualism, history, language technology, literature, linguistics and identity, and interesting poster presentations, the third edition of the Conference on Frisian Humanities once again offers a wonderful programme.

Book of Abstracts

A scientific conference also requires a book of abstracts, containing summaries of the research work that the researchers will be presenting. The book of abstracts for the Conference on Frisian Humanities is also ready and corresponds to the programme. The book (139 pages!) can be viewed and downloaded as a pdf file.

Registration

You can purchase a ticket for one day or for each day of our conference. Lunch and drinks are included in the price. This year's conference dinner on Thursday 13 November will be held in the Fryske Akademy building. The dinner is optional and requires a separate ticket. 

Students receive a 50% discount on the admission price with the discount code Student2025. Please note: only in combination with a valid student ID card. The discount does not apply to the conference dinner.
