Doleschal, PhD, is full professor of Slavic linguistics and head of the writing centre at the University of Klagenfurt (Austria). The first (1997) and second (2005) editions of this Regional Dossier were written by Brigitta Busch.

He is a teacher of Basque in secondary education in Iparralde and holds a doctorate in Basque studies.
