Conference 'Bilingual education: a question for minorities'

What are international and regional human rights frameworks and core principles in right to education in mother tongue for persons belonging to national minorities? What are the essential requirements for an effective education strategy? What does equal access to quality education for minorities mean in practice?

These are the issues for discussion on the 2nd of March 2019 at the conference: 
'Bilingual education: a question for minorities. Bilingualism in Turkish/Muslim minority education and different approaches in the world: Problems and possible solutions.

 The conference will be held in Komatini, Greece.
